Does anyone know if it is possible to add a line of code to display the Course Name on a Page.
That is, somehow display what is in the Course Name section of the Settings page.

Could you use the "Course Code" field to add your course title so that it always appears in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the Canvas course no matter what content page you are looking at?
