Unfortunately still Canvas does not have a dark mode available for the website. If you are using the Canvas app, there is a dark mode feature though:

In addition to the information that you received from @JessicaDeanSVC, I'll also mention that there's an Idea and a Theme centered around wanting a dark theme for Canvas. You can check out both at these links:

I'd encourage you to follow both of these so that if/when voting opens, you'll be able to participate in that process.
