Why cant I find my class day and times.

A class schedule is not something you'll generally find in Canvas, but rather in your school/institution's student information system (SIS) or student portal. Based on your email address, it looks like you mat attend SLCC. If that's the case, I think the page at Register for Classes | SLCC will guide you to log in to the student portal where your schedule is likely to be found.
