I forgot submitting the assignment before due date. After the due date, the "submit" button is not accessible. The professor agrees to accept the delayed work, but how the professor can accept the work on bCourses?

The best thing you can do is contact your professor to let them know that the "Until date" for the assignment has not been changed to allow for late submissions. Another option is to add a differential due date for those students from whom the professor accepts late work (that's what I would do).
