I have standard PDF articles that will not upload into Canvas. I keep getting the message "Error: Request Failed with error 400."

Thanks for posting your tech support question in the Instructure Community, but the best place to get help is with your local Canvas support team. They will be better able to identify the network and other factors that might be causing file uploads to fail. And they will be in a good place to identify whether the issue is affecting many users.
