What happen to Canvas's support phone number?

Canvas phone support is a paid add-on service that some schools/institutions purchase and others do not. It would be best to ask your local Canvas team (usually in the eLearning, IT / Digital Education departments) if Canvas phone support is still available to you. Calling a phone number meant for another school/institution will, unfortunately, not get you support for your own school.
