I am using canvas on a chrome book and none of the documents or power points the professor has uploaded for us to use to help with our assignments are loading. I have used canvas on a normal PC and and apple I Pad and the documents have always loaded but on this Chromebook I'm not sure what the issue is and why nothing is loading, Am I missing something?

I am using a acer Chromebook lab top

Thanks for posting your tech support question in the Instructure Community, but the best place to get help is with your local Canvas support team. They will be better able to identify the network and other factors that might be causing files not to appear. And they will be in a good place to identify whether the issue is affecting many users.
