I am an Instructor at a high school and have a focus account but my classes won't populate into Canvas. How can I get my courses into Canvas to start uploading information for my students?

Does your school have a paid Canvas account, or are you using a Free For Teacher (FFT) Canvas account? If you are using a paid Canvas account, your Canvas URL would look something like:
https://SchoolName.instructure.com where SchoolName is the name of your school.
If you are using a FFT account, then your URL would be:
https://canvas.instructure.com
If you are using a paid Canvas environment, your school's IT department may already have processes in place so that you and your students are automatically enrolled into those courses via their SIS (Student Information System). This would be a question you'd want to ask your school's Canvas administrator or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.
