Based on your question, I'm assuming you are a student. Is this correct? If so, your instructor may have set up your course work via the "Modules" screen instead of giving you access to the "Assignments" screen. This is completely up to the instructor, though. You'd want to contact your instructor to see how he/she has course content set up in the course and where your assignments are located / can be accessed. Use this Guide to contact your instructor:
