Even though your school/instructor can specify the start and end dates of the course via a course "Settings" page (which you wouldn't see as a student), there isn't a common place in a course where the start and end dates are displayed ... as far as I am aware. What your instructor can do, however, is type those dates into a page within your course ... or even create an announcement listing those dates. You might want to reach out to your instructor directly to see what those dates are. Also, when you registered for the course at your school, they should have included that information along with the course name/description ... or at least, one would hope that they would.
