It sounds like you need to connect with your instructor about your question. This is the Canvas Community website where we can help you with questions about the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System). Blackboard is a completely different LMS, and we wouldn't be able to provide support for that product here. Also, if you are actually looking for something located within the Canvas LMS, I am not familiar with anything related to a "Blackboard" tab or anything under something called "Content". Both of those don't sound familiar to me as part of the Canvas interface.
I'd suggest reaching out to your instructor directly in Canvas to get additional assistance with your question:
