Hello, I posted in my team discussion thread for school and I am unable to see other posts from students. One student responded to mine but I have not seen theirs? Is this normal? I thought students had to post before being able to reply to others.

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. It depends on the discussion settings - the teacher can have it set up if you have to post initially before seeing others or not. Either way, if you have posted and others can reply to your post, It is likely your internet browser and we recommend clearing the cache and cookies or trying another browser.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
