I'm not sure what a "RC paragraph" is, but the short answer is yes, you can attach multiple files to an assignment. You didn't provide much information on how you want your students to complete the assignment, but you can attach multiple files in the assignment directions using the RCE (Rich Content Editor). Similar to creating a content page within your course, you could create a list of the files within your assignment directions and then make a link to each of those items.
