As a student, how can I view my score on a placement exam taken a year ago on Canvas? It doesn't appear anywhere on my account, and my instructors are not able to view it either. Is there any way to recover this?
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with viewing an exam you took a year ago. If your instructor cannot view your results either, you'll need to speak with the school directly. Some schools remove student submissions and quiz results after the year or semester has ended. If you nor your instructor can view your results, you'll want to speak with the school directly and ask if there is some way to recover it. Hopefully this helps.
