Hi everyone,
We are a smaller college and we are deciding on how to archive our courses. I have read in the community about concluding courses, creating Archive Sub-Accounts, and also inactivating users. I just have a few questions about how other colleges handle a few things.
1) What do you do about accrediting bodies needing access to past classes? If you create an archive sub-account does that still comply?
2) Is there a preferable way to archive so that the data is preserved and easily accessible?
I appreciate anyone's thoughts.
