Hi Betty, welcome to Canvas! I imagine if you are a student that you should log into your school's Canvas account rather than this global Canvas community to make your orientation post. Your school's Canvas will have .instructure.com in the website URL, and will show the class you are taking if it's started.
This Canvas community is a great resource with Canvas student guides and this forum where Canvas users help each other with questions.
I am currently experiencing an issue where a student’s assignment grade appears in Moderate, but it is not populating in the Canvas gradebook. I have verified the submission is there, but the grade is still missing from the gradebook view. Is there a known fix or additional step needed to get the grade to display properly?

Hi There, We are in the process of transitioning to Canvas this year and were wanting to connect with any other MYP schools to see how you setup Assignment and grading under your modules. Or you could guide us to any resources you may have.
Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
