uploading a video for assignments

I have an assignment to upload a video to canvas via my "assignments" tab, I, however, do not have this tab.

 

I am showing every other tab in my courses except this tab, so I cannot figure out how to upload and am running out of time to complete. I have emailed the instructor but would really appreciate some help here as well.

Hi @MichelleTakei ...

Contacting your instructor is the appropriate thing to do in this case for your video and the assignment in question.  Canvas Community members don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s), so it would be hard to troubleshoot this here.  Hopefully your instructor will respond to you soon so that you can get the assignment submitted.  I assume that other classmates might also be having this issue, too, if you are unable to see that particular tab.  Good luck to you!
