Placement how do i get it

Hi All does anyone know how best to get placement for cert 111 in individual support? even though I have studied disability I am constantly told by disability work places that I would have to be employed by an aged care facility to cover all the requirements does any one have any advise please?

I think it would be best for you to ask folks at your school about the placement for cert 111. We do not have access to your course(s) or your school's Canvas environment here in the Community, so we wouldn't be able to provide specifics about your question.
