From your screenshot, I am guessing you are a student in this course. If that is the case, the best course of action is to let your teacher know you're seeing the lock image there. That means they have linked to an image you do not currently have access to as a student. They may have mistakenly linked to an image from a different/past course or forgot to publish the image or a number or other possibilities. The teacher is definitely the one who will need to go into the course and correct the problem though.
