First, check your Junk/Spam folder to see if it might have landed there. And consider trying again, just in case you typed the email address wrong.
Second, I would suggest reaching out to your school's tech support for assistance. It is possible that the password is set by them initially, and they might have the ability to help you get in.

Hello, as of 1/15/2026, I have not been able to copy any courses either by using the Copy This Course function in settings, or by importing course content. Please advise so that I do not need to rebuild courses. Thanks!
