On my teachers discussion board we need to watch videos but they all say I need to sign in to watch video. If I click sign in it leads me to a new tab that says "HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."
Hi @CaitlinMerendo ...
It looks like the instructor for this course is using a third-party video service called Panopto which integrates with Canvas. Unfortunately, I am not sure of an answer for you...though there may be other folks here in the Community that use Panopto that might be able to provide some help. Usually with third-party integrations, it's best to get support directly from the provider ... in this case Panopto. I found this page on their website, but I'm not sure that it really provides any good support options...though I could be overlooking something:

Another option for you might be to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning Center / eLearning / Distance Education department. Also, contact your instructor if you've not done so already.

Hopefully someone might chime in here...or you'll be able to find some support on Panopto's website. Good luck, and keep us posted!

I want the student to then submit an assignment, or quiz/survey answering a few questions about the specific scenario. The assignment/Quiz is ust to…
First Feature Suggestion: Display Last Date of Attendance when using Canvas Attendance Tool One of the required pieces of information I must collect is the last date of attendance when a student violates my attendance policy. This date is federally required for institutions to determine a student’s withdrawal date under 34…
