Welcome @RoseKearney to the Instructure Community. The options for bringing material into Canvas from other systems, including from publishers, depend on the formats that those systems can export. You can see a list of these formats in the Course Import Tool section of the instructor guide. Some publishers also offer integration with Canvas via an LTI, and these are explained in the External Apps (LTI) section of the instructor guide. The best person to answer your question is a rep from the content provider, as Canvas follows the standards for interoperability.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
