I have several presentations under one heading in a Module. I replaced an item but now there is an empty box from the original item. It has an image of a bear and 'Media not Found' .
How do I remove this box?

Hi @AdrienneKirby,
When you're editing the item (I assume it's a page), you should be able to click on the empty box, then hit the backspace or delete button on your keyboard. That generally works for me, but let us know how it goes for you!

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
