Hello! I am
an admin and I need to know if there is a way to retrieve a log somewhere that can tell me what user/admin/instructor, removed and/or added a student to a course?
thanks!
Hi @AlexandraLis,
I don't know of any way to do this in the UI or even the API, but maybe there is something in Canvas Data. The enrollments API will show the date/time an enrollment was created, but not the user or system that did the creation.
I hope this helps a bit, even though it doesn't give the exact answer you were looking for.

I am in Speedgrader, trying to grade student posts and replies to a Discussion. In the past, I could see all of the students replies & original post right in Speedgrader, but now it is not appearing. It is possible to import tags or other metadata when importing in a QTI file? I've tried everything I can think of, but it seems to get stripped out every time. Are any metadata types allowed? I can bring in a batch of tags questions or manually tag each one. Tagging each one is not an option. I'm using New Quizzes, so I…
Is there a setting where I can hide my students grade summaries on the dashboard but keep the individual category grades visible for them on their main grade page? I'll describe a little below. I want the overall course grade to be hidden from my course image on the students' dashboard with all their other courses, but I…
Hi everyone We recently deployed the new Microsoft LTI in Canvas and have started using the option to create Microsoft Education assignments directly from Canvas. So far, the setup has been very easy and user-friendly. Unfortunately, we've run into a problem: when we try to change the due date of an assignment after it has…
