Contact Support For Canvas LMS

I have tried lodging a ticket with the Canvas helpdesk, and have also tried calling their Australian offices, but to date have never heard back from them.

Is anyone able to suggest another way of contacting them?  

We have an issue which is affecting the whole school (every course for 2023), and would like to be able to provide the teachers with an approximate date that this might be fixed.

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with contacting Canvas Support. If you opened a ticket with Canvas directly, they should absolutely be able to assist you. It looks like the direct phone number for Canvas for Canterbury should  be +1 (855) 580-5907. Please call them directly and open another ticket or ask to get an update on the previous one that you have. I'm not sure what your exact  issue is, but they should be able to help or redirect you to the right person(s) who can assist you with your issue. Hopefully this helps.
