Are you a student or an instructor? Can you please describe the steps you are taking to record media for your course? If you are recording directly in Canvas, it does not save to your computer's hard drive. It would save within Canvas (online). So, if you can provide some more details about your process, that would be helpful...thanks!
Our district has a max score students can earn when they re-assess on something (like a quiz). Does Canvas have any settings to set that max score to allow kids to retake a quiz and not have the teacher go in and manually change the kids raw score to the max amount they are allowed?
Hello, I am a student who uses canvas, and was wondering if there is a way to remove a assignment from the missing status, in cases like where the assignment is a group assignment, and only one person is supposed to submit it. I know i'm able to mark it as complete, but it still shows as missing.
