You may need to speak with your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department about getting logged in to their Canvas environment. Each school has a slightly different process for logging in. I can provide you with some general information, but nothing specific to the school that you attend.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
