For an issue like that, the best option is usually to let your teacher know you're having an issue. It could be that the link is bad or it could be an issue with your device. We in the community don't have any way to access your specific Canvas course, so it's hard for us to really give much guidance on an issue like this. Hopefully your teacher will be able to verify the link and work out any problems with you.
