Hi @JulieZimmerman - With the Canvas Parent app, you can select which alerts you receive. This is the most automatic way to receive these nudges. Otherwise, notifications (email) can be set for grading, but that isn't always the same as "missing" something.How do I set alerts for a student in the Canvas Parent app on my Android device?

I'm not sure if you are a student or an instructor, but I wanted to provide you with a couple links to past discussions/Feature Ideas here in the Community. These resources might not be a direct answer to your question, but they might be helpful for you to look at:
The second link, which is a Feature Idea, is currently locked down (like all other Feature Ideas at the moment) because Instructure is working on the Feature Idea process which includes creating new ideas, commenting on existing ideas, and giving a star rating on existing ideas. Instructure has said they will be opening things back up at the beginning of February 2023. You can read more about this here: Idea Conversations: The Path Forward.

Has anyone run into issues with Speedgrader erroring when opening a student submission from a dropbox? See image for error information. I accessed this directly through the gradebook and instructors are getting the same message.
