I'm a teacher. Are we able to see what students have a parent observer linked to them, or a list of parent observer names?
Hi! You'll be able to see to which student the Observer is linked.

To filter the "which students don't have an observer?" view is not available in People. However, your Admin or Canvas Help contact at your school should be able to help you create that list if you need it.
