i cant get into my canvas to do my assignments. i tried every password it could be. i even got it sent to my email to reset it and it never came.
Hello @BriannaNewburn
I hope that you were able to get signed in to Canvas. It sounds like you need to perform a password reset. This is going to be a different process for different schools and also depends on if your school is using their own authentication method or if they use Canvas's. See if this guide helps - https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Student-Guide/How-do-I-reset-my-password-as-a-student/ta-p/409
If you don't see the option for forgot password then that most likely means your school manages the account, in which case you should reach out to your school's IT/Help Desk for assistance. Hope this helps!

We're using pacing to avoid manually dating regular assignments each quarter, but the dates I see are based on when the course was instantiated, while students see dates based on when they were added to the course by [backend software I don't know anything about, presumably]. If I set…
Has anyone else had issues with an influx of duplicate users in Canvas? Ours is currently in the form of an email that already exists, becoming a new user - and not automatically merging with the user ID with the same email that also is linked to our SIS ID correctly as well. For example, user 1 is xyz@gmail.com without a…
