I imported a class into my canvas course and I now what to delete what I imported. How do I do this?
At my college, I can delete individual items one by one. It's easy to delete a lot of pages at a time by going into View All Pages. Other items (quizzes, discussions, assignments) will have to be deleted individually. (Note: Keep in mind that you need to "delete" the items you don't want. Just "removing" them from modules doesn't actually get rid of them.)
In order to completely delete the contents of my course, I would need to contact my institution's Canvas administrator. At my school, instructors are not given permission to completely wipe a course shell's content in order to prevent someone from making a colossal mistake.

In addition to the information you received from @SusanNiemeyer, you *may* be able to completely wipe out all the content on your own so that you can re-import content from somewhere else (if that was the initial intent). If you want to completely clean out your course all at one time, you can try using this Guide:
How do I reset course content?
However, as Susan has noted, you may not be able to do this on your own, and you would then need to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning team. They would be able to assist you with this.
Hope this extra bit of info will also be of help to you! Good luck!

This is my first time using the new discussion "checkpoints". I'm hoping the multiple due dates are effective, but using the "checkpoints" does seem to create other problems: They only allow for ONE "reply to topic". The way I use discussions in some of my classes is to allow for students to ask MULTIPLE questions per…
