I implemented OpenID connect flow to launch LTI tool from canvas. After launching tool, I got id token in return. How can we use id token to get access token?

This is getting pretty far out of my area of expertise, but have you looked at the Canvas OAuth2 Flow documentation? It sounds like you might just need to do Step 3 as listed on there.
