when a student submits an image in a quiz, it is only available for download. It is not embedded in the quiz.
How do I show the submitted image as embedded?

What question type is the question?
If the question is a "File Attachment" question, your only option will be to download it.
If the question is an "Essay" question, students will be able to embed the image in their response using the RCE (rich content editor).
