Hello,
2022 Fall Quater courses(ESL Level5, IoT introduction) do not be shown in my Canvas.
Just 2022 Summer Quater courses are shown to me.
My UCI ID# is 001094644.
Could you resolve this issue?
Best Regards,
Jungdae
Good morning, @Jungdae ...
Unfortunately, Canvas Community members are not able to assist with access to your courses because we only have access to our own courses ... not any of the courses in your school's Canvas environment. I would highly recommend that you reach out directly to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department or your school's Canvas administrator to inquire about this. Or, if you know who your instructors are for your courses, you could try contacting them as well. Hopefully someone from your school will be able to help you soon with this issue. Good luck!
@Jungdae - I teach ESL at a community college. At most colleges and universities, students can only access their Canvas courses during the semesters they are taking their actual courses. At my college, the courses remain open for a short time after each semester ends, and then they close. My Fall 2022 students no longer have their courses on their Canvas Dashboards.
I think a mistake was made with your Summer 2022 course. Most likely, because it was a summer intersession course, someone forgot to set up the parameters so that it would close at the end of the summer.
Summary:The Learning Mastery Gradebook allows drag-and-drop reordering of outcome columns, and this triggers a call to /api/v1/courses/:course_id/assign_outcome_order. The API returns 204 No Content (success), but the column order does not persist after page refresh. Steps to Reproduce: Open Learning Mastery Gradebook for…
Hi all, Quick question about the Gradebook color status for a 2-part checkpoint discussion. If a student completes the first due date (initial post) but does not complete the required replies by the second due date, is there any way for Canvas to automatically show a color (e.g., missing/late) instead of staying as…
Canvas Portfolios provide a powerful platform for students to document their learning journey, reflect on their progress, and showcase competencies. However, in programs where multiple educators are involved in assessment—such as team teaching, moderation, or competency-based evaluation—there are important questions about…
In legacy SpeedGrader, the instructors see students' initial post followed by replies. Why is it no longer listed that way in the Modernized SpeedGrader? Grading is made easier if the initial post is first, making it easily identifiable.
Hi There, We are in the process of transitioning to Canvas this year and were wanting to connect with any other MYP schools to see how you setup Assignment and grading under your modules. Or you could guide us to any resources you may have.
