Are you asking about how to hide the grade distribution graphs that students can see? If so, that is in your course "Settings" screen. Scroll to the very bottom of your screen, and then click on the link for "more options". You'll see a checkbox for "Hide grade distribution graphs for students", then click on the "Update Course Details" button. More information can be found in this Guide:
