Question´s points are different in Speed-grader from what was defined for the question in the quiz

I have a 10 points´quiz with 5 questions and each question scores 2 points, but at the Speed Grader one of the questions is shown scoring 1 point and the final score for all students that got right all questions is 9 out of 10. How can we fix this problem?

I’m using Classic Quizzes, I’ve reviewed the guides you’ve posted and everything looks ok at the quiz configuration. I’m attaching prints from the “Edit Quiz > Questions” and the “Speed Grader” of one student showing the same question with different scores so you can see what’s happening.

For me looks like is some sort of system bug but I wanted to be sure before opening a ticket.

Hi there, @SamanthaYabuta ...

Are you using current Classic Quizzes or New Quizzes?  If you are using Classic Quizzes, the individual question point totals should add up automatically to 10 points.  Here are a couple Guides that will help you determine which quizzing interface you are using:

* Quizzes Overview (Instructors)
* New Quizzes Overview (Instructors)

You may need to reach out to Canvas Support on this once since Community members cannot see your Canvas environment or the course(s) in question, but maybe we can narrow some things down here in the Community first before going that route.  Hope to hear back from you soon!
