Hi,I am seeing duplicate video previews in our canvas instance. I have checked the Html code and tried it in various online HTML editors. It works fine in them and shows only a single preview.May I know how do I fix this issue?
Good evening, @ChetanRevappa ...
Thank you for including that screenshot of the duplicate video you are seeing. Unfortunately, I can't think of any interface in Canvas that would display videos in that way within Canvas. By chance, are you using some sort of third-party tool to put videos in your Canvas course? Might you be using something like Kaltura or some other third-party video tool that has bene integrated into your school's Canvas environment? How do I select content from an external app in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
If you take a look at the HTML code for that page where the duplicated video is, do you see anything that might look like duplicated lines of code which would be displaying the video twice? How do I use the HTML view in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
Hope to hear back from you soon so that we can continue troubleshooting. Take care, and be well.

Canvas Portfolios provide a powerful platform for students to document their learning journey, reflect on their progress, and showcase competencies. However, in programs where multiple educators are involved in assessment—such as team teaching, moderation, or competency-based evaluation—there are important questions about…
In legacy SpeedGrader, the instructors see students' initial post followed by replies. Why is it no longer listed that way in the Modernized SpeedGrader? Grading is made easier if the initial post is first, making it easily identifiable.
