I was always able to copy and paste additional comments in speedgrader but suddenly it is not possible. Keyboard shortcuts also do not work, Windows clipboard also does not work. How can I rectify this problem please?

It is likely your internet browser and we recommend clearing the cache and cookies or trying another browser.
In ChromeOn your computer, open Chrome.At the top right, click the three dots Click settingsOn the left, choose Privacy and SecurityThen, clear browsing dataAt the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. I suggest at least 4 weeks Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.Click Clear data.
If that doesn't work, can you try another browser or even another device? Speedgrader has the option to copy/paste and standard keyboard shortcuts should work as intended.
