The ''Build'' option is not showing up on my end when going into the quiz to edit. I'm able to add outcomes to the WHOLE quiz, but not the individual quiz item.
@kucougars85 based on the image you attached, that is a classic quiz and not a New Quiz. Only New Quizzes has the ability to align outcomes per question, as well as the only one that has a "Build" button. If your institution has turned on New Quizzes and it has been turned on in your course (it is one of the Feature Options in the Settings menu of your course) then you should have the ability to migrate the quiz to a new quiz.
