Course Navigation Lockdown

In creating blueprint courses, is there a way to lock the course navigation links? I found information regarding locking the course navigation links using the template model, but could not find anything about creating a blueprint that allows admin to lock the course navigation links in addition to assignments, pages, quizzes, etc.

Unfortunately, we don't have a native setting that would lock the navigation links. You can try achieving that by using Custom CSS on the theme.  Otherwise, the navigation links are always editable in the course level.
