Canvas log in using respndus

I have to use respondus to take my exams, everytime i try to log in to canvas using respondus it says username or password is incorrect, however i am able to log in to canvas using regular internet and the app. i uninstalled and reinstalled and it says the same thing.

You will need to contact your instructor and perhaps your schools tech help desk to receive help about this issue.  You've posted to a global forum about Canvas, unfortunately no one here has access to your course or account to be able to assist you.
