How can I create Test Institution and how to become Admin there?

At a high level, the Canvas Admin sets up a new Authentication Provider. Each Authentication Provider has a unique URL, e.g. https://your.canvas.url/login/canvas, https://your.canvas.url/login/ldap, https://your.canvas.url/login/saml, etc. So you can test it without anyone else using it and without setting it as the default login.
