Hi, 

I was logged out of my canvas app today, and now when I go to log in, a message pops up saying “unexpected error, please try again.” I’ve tried many times over the last few hours, and still no joy. I’m not sure if the app is down, or maybe my university site is down, or something else.

Have you tried the QR option? How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student? 

Sometimes that works even when the manual entry process does not. Let the Community know if you're able to get back into your Canvas Student app.
