New Quiz Studio Submission

I just had an instructor ask me how students can upload a Studio video as a question response. I quickly realized I do not have a good answer to this other than for the student to share a URL to the video. Am I missing something, is there not an option to answer a New Quizzes question with a Studio video upload?
