What exactly are you trying to do in Commons with instructor and student subscriptions?
As a side note, Commons is only available for users who can create or edit course content. This usually includes Admins, Teachers, Designers, and TA's.
Once we have more information, we can try to assist further.

I am trying to get access to my ebook with an access key code that was given to me by the library. On the instructions it mentions to select Activate Your Subscription, well I do not see that option for the course that I am taking. Can anyone help?
While typing an Announcement, sometimes midway, we need to check something for which we click on Grades or Assignments. Then when we return to Announcements, what we types simply disappears. It will be very helpful to have a DRAFT option under Announcements so that the unfinished message is not lost.

Has anyone ever encountered this error in the Admin Analytics Student section?
My class policy is that late assignments can be accepted at professor discretion, but they will have a 50% penalty. This is a gate you pass through once, and there are no further penalties.
