How do I share a course with an entire campus without having to add each individual?

If you wanted, you could make the course "public" so that anyone with the link would have access to the course. For example, if the course only contained information that people were going to read (such as instructions/tutorials), then you could post a link to this course once it is "public", and they would never need to log in with their username password...as long as they had the link to the course.
