Just wondering if anybody knows how i Register/access my online textbook? I purchased it and have the access code , just not really sure what is next as i dont see it posted anywhere on my canvas.
Hi MandyM1,I think that depends upon the Publisher. There are various LTIs available for textbook integration in Canvas. I would highly suggest that you reach out to your instructor for the course about this question. Unfortunately, folks here in the Canvas Community don't have access to Mohawk College's Canvas environment or your course(s). I have a student that can't remember his Canvas password and doesn't get an email to reset it when he clicks to reset it. Can someone help me so I can help him? Nothing is in his spam either. And this has happened last year too but I can't remember what we did.
Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
