I'm a student wondering since Canvas has implemented a dark mode for the Canvas Mobile Apps, will Canvas be creating a dark mode for the website too?

That's a great question! I can't speak to the timeline or what Insturcture's Product Team has in development beyond what's included in the Dark Theme/Dark Mode for Canvas thread and on our Product Roadmap. Please watch both of those locations for updates!

I will definitely monitor these two areas. Does your response mean Canvas will definitely be adding Dark Mode for not mobile users? From all the research, I am seeing many want it for not only simple appearance, but as an accessibility feature as well.
