How are you making the files available to your students? Are you allowing them to see your "Files" course navigation button? And, if so, are you sure that both the files and any potential folders that those files are in are also published? Or, are you linking to your files on content pages in your course while keeping the "Files" course navigation button hidden from students? Any additional info from you would be helpful...thanks!
